Steps

    • A degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field 

    • Several years of professional experience  (usually 3-5 years).

  • Submit an Application:

    • Complete the application form on the chcm.ca website, and upload your resume and qualifications for assessment to provide the details on your qualifications, work experience, and professional development activities.

  • Your application may be reviewed and assessed to ensure you meet the required standards

  • Agree to adhere to the ethical standards and professional conduct

  • Pay the necessary fees associated with the certification and membership

  • Once you meet all the requirements and pass the assessment, you will be granted the CHCM designation

  • To maintain your CHCM certification, engage in ongoing professional development and renew your certification periodically.
